i made fresh ginger ale. i juiced 2in of ginger and mixed it with raw honey, then used my sodastream soda maker and made ginger ale. it could use more honey, but right now its more of a ginger seltzer. VERY GOOD.

do “days” im just …we are just..going to incorporate daily juicing to our lives.
im bad with the calendar anyways.
you’ll appriciate it better if i just tell you how its working out for me or if i caved in and had a plate of heapin hot wings.

seriously cause my pants that were so tight i ripped the belt bucklet on them two weeks ago are now MADDD loose on me today. the scale is LYING. time to get a new scale.
my better half got on the scale and it says he lost only 1lb..which is odd cause he looks slimmer. i doubt 1 lb did that. i can fart 1lb. wtf is 1 lb!!! stupid cheap ass scale. lmao
ps. today i forgot to juice, so i bought a bunch of fruit and tomato soup. ackkkkk tomato!

and its really nice. not as nice as me not eating solids and losing weight, but still nice.
